For in-stock items, our normal delivery time is 3-5 working days.
For out-of-stock items, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Please allow 35 days for special order items.
If you wish to receive an item by a set date, please contact us: it may be possible to expedite delivery on a case-by-case basis (additional charges may apply).
Our shipping costs are determined by both the value and weight of an item. Heavier and more expensive items cost more to ship.
Some items are subject to an additional shipping surcharge: when this is applicable, it is marked on the relevant product page.
From time-to-time, we may offer free or special discounted shipping; this may apply to a specific product(s), certain spend value or a general discount.

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Transliving/TransCare. However, if you don't like the item, it doesn't fit, or there's a fault or problem we operate a convenient returns process.
Please ensure that you return all items in a reusable and sellable condition, otherwise we may not be able to accept the return and process a refund. Items should be unworn and with the tags attached.
Items should be returned within 28-days of receipt of the item.
On receipt of items in an undamaged and resaleable condition, we will process a refund to the payment card or method used in the original transaction. A refund may take up to 14 days to complete once we receive your return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, except to replace defective or damaged items. The cost will depend on your choice of carrier, the weight and value of the item(s) you wish to return.
Please contact us as soon as possible (and within 30 days) to report the problem. We will then arrange for the item to be returned at our expense (we may ask you to pay the cost and include the amount in any refund). Alternatively - depending on the nature of the damage and the item in question - we may ask you to dispose of the item and send a replacement or process a refund.
